2. Description
When the toner cartridge is inserted it may come into contact with the tip of the positioning
boss due to larger gap between the toner cartridge and guide section, resulting in
incomplete insertion of the toner cartridge and potential premature toner life over problems.
To reduce the gap, the following are executed to improve insertion.
(1) 
2 pieces of TGU-SPA-FL (PSPAP0036QSZZ) are attached. (For reducing the gap)
(2) 
The shape of TN-LEV (MLEVP0083QSZZ ! MLEVP0083QSZ1) is changed.
(3) 
The shape of WTN-COV-U (PFTA-0011QSZZ ! PFTA-0011QSZ1) is changed.
     
(For reducing the gap)
When the item (3) (shape change of WTN-COV-U) is fitted, it is not necessary to
add item (1) (TGU-SPA-FL).

2)  Description of changes to the TN-LEV
[TN-LEV replacement procedure]
(1)  Remove the four M3P screws.
(2) Detach the WTN-COV-U.

(3) Move the TN-LEV in the direction of the arrow, and remove it from the holes.
(4) Remove the spring from the old TN-LEV, and attach the new TN-LEV.
(5) Attach the TN-LEV to the WTN-COV-U.
Note : Make sure that the boss of the TN-LEV lies between the two ribs of the WTN-
COV-U.

(6) Hang the two right hooks to attach the WTN-COV, and tighten the four M3P screws.

(1) TGU-SPA-FL : Added to production in June, 2002.

(3) WTN-COV-U  : Added to production in July, 2002.
