SYMPTOM When the main screen Image is black there may be a “whiteout” at the bottom RH

Pressure from incorrect installation or twisting can distort the framework and this

ACTION
Ensure there is at least 0.5mm gap around all edges between the screens but if this is

1. With the monitor standing on a service stand, carefully slacked off the 7 screws as can be
seen in figure 2.
2. Slightly open the space between the bezels (B) and (R) but do not exceed 1.5mm as can be
seen in figure 2.
3. Retighten the screws carefully on the RH side followed by the bottom using a hand torque
driver set to between 0.4 to 0.5Nm.
