Troubleshooting
Fault Description:

Erratic behaviour
•
Only certain areas of the screen are working, Left, Right, Middle, etc
Solution:
•
Problem with USB cable connection
Ensure the USB cable is connected directly between the PNL and PC.
I.E. Is the left LED on the PNL blinking or red. When a connection has been
established, the LED turns green.
Do not use a USB hub
•
PN-L601 Only
Check the connection interface between the touch panel and screen
•
Check the PWB alignment and plates within the touch panel
Unscrew each plate and PWB and align the panels correctly
•
Check all connectors and ensure everything is connected
Check ALL PWB’s and connectors
•
Run the Diagnostics tool within the driver software and see if there are any PWB
failures
