SYMPTOM The turntable tray does not rotate correctly or not at all.
CAUSE
The aperture in the underside of the turntable tray is too large for the drive spindle
resulting in no turntable rotation.
Note that the dimensions are such that it may work for a short while when new.
ACTION
Replace the turntable tray using the part number given below.
