If for any reason the rating label is removed from the oven and can not be refitted, the serial number
must be indelible (permanently) remarked onto the oven.
In addition the service engineer must ensure that the serial number is recorded in the customers copy
of the operation manual.
The rating label is reproduced, minus the serial number, in the front of the operation manual for this
purpose.
