SYMPTON Intermittent or no operation of the turntable plate.
REASON
The  turntable  motor  shaft  assembly  may  have  been  damaged  if  the  turntable  has
been rotated manually when the oven is hot, particularly after using the lower grill
ACTION
The turntable motor shaft assembly must be replaced with a new one. The new part
has been made with a higher specification plastic section, and can be identified by its
colour (see photographs below).
