Reporting
A new report is available in the Report Screen called “Reasons Report” this will show all
transactions under Refund VIP or Void with the relevant Reason Codes. The report can
be taken for each Individual POS or Consolidated after “End of Day” has been taken.
The Consolidation file is reset at “Start of Day” by default. The file can also be exported
at “End of Day” by setting the “Reasons file REASONS.CON” flag within System
Configuration – File Export – Selection.
