splits are cashed off £10 shows on the close session report assigned to Drawer1

When taking a “Time & Attendance” report it is now possible to select a date
range for the report.

New CashrspV8 has Time & Attendance and Deposit information included.

When a payment method has change and gratuity selected, the server now gets
a choice of what to do with the change. I.e. treat as Gratuity or Change.

From the Logged off screen, It is now possible to print or reprint a receipt for the
last Bar or Table transaction cashed off on that till, using macro 2F6,XC

Leaving all the analysis categories within Promotions blank allows these
categories to be included within the promotion This is now the same as older
versions.

VPM - Offer Groups – can now contain 30 characters for name, previously an
error was generated.

Closing session on master, any open bar transactions from slaves where not
being now fixed.
