Progressive bill printing (Slip printing) fixed

Feature Added – Maximum items within a transaction has now been
increased from 250 to 500 items

End of day – Department and Group reports now show consolidated
Subtotal promotion information. Item Promotions are not shown.

Time plan sql import date issue. Fixed

If "Clear period totals" Yes was selected when taking a “Period Cash
Report” the Period cash report was not being reset. Now fixed

When using the Flooredit program and with the $ACT (Time last
accessed) setting enabled to show on a table within the Floor view (Table
plan) the access time was not always being updated. Fixed

VPM – Loyalty – Format field would only allow 20 Characters, This should
have been 40 characters. Now fixed.

"Print Tickets" option within VPM –Departments was being ignored. Now
fixed

Feature Added – Graphical Logo Footer print on Receipt and Bill(Epson
TM88)
The following line has been added to the Printer.def file

[T88-2-R]
logo2= 1c 70 2 0

When this line is enabled the second logo stamp in the Epson Tm88
printer will be printed to the end of the Receipt.

Period / Weekly reports including period cash reports where resetting after
End of Day.

Under certain circumstances when using OCIUS till 2 would cause an
application error when receiving a cancel bill message file from I-link

Feature Added – Beeping suppressed when macros are used.

Feature Added – Automatic price band changes are now logged into the
current.txt log file.

Double 00 key was causing double bleep error tone when pressed. Fixed

Pressing loyalty as payment type after a part-payment (e.g. cash) had
been made resulted in lock-up. Now fixed

Feature Added – Every time a bill print is made when using a SLIP printer
the date and time is printed next to the BALANCE

Feature Added – It is now possible to fire a cash drawer via and Epson
Printer using the DK port

To use it, put following line in S2001.ini
DRAWER=RECEIPT

You can in fact use another printer, e.g.
DRAWER=BILL

This gives a pulse of100msec on, and 200msec off. You can change
these default settings by e.g.

DRAWER=RECEIPT,250,500
(250msec on, 500msec off)
Drawer 1 gives a pulse on Connector pin 2; Drawer 2 on Connector pin 5.

DRAWERDELAY=10
This will cause a 10 second delay to show the change on the screen after
payment this setting can be increased or decreased.

Current Sales report within Venta Main menu – Reports – Current sales
has now been changed to say Current Session Sales.

These reports Product, Dept, Group contain only sales from the current
session and are reset after Close session.

Printer.def file changed BUZZLONG and BUZZSHORT lines are now
hashed out by default.

After changing a Time Plan witch includes a Mix and Match offer, the
application had to be restarted. Now fixed, sign off and on will refresh
promotion settings.

If receipts via a Proxy printer, the auto receipt from proxy till setting was
being ignored. Fixed

When using proxy tills, The Proxy till totals where not being cleared down
at open session. Now fixed

Feature Added -

It is now possible on the End of Day Department report to show the
following breakdown of Paid and non-paid tables.

The following sections are now shown on the End of Day Department
report if the following S2001.ini file setting is added to the master machine
DEPTREPORTOP=1

A)      Traditional, as now (i.e. all cashed off transactions during day)

B)      All Open transactions at EOD (including old ones)

C)      New Open Transaction during day (i.e. added during day)

D)      Paid off (or voided) earlier Open Transactions (this is negative)

E) 

Total Sold Today. This is (A) + (C) + (D)

Feature Added

It is now possible if using the Standard or Realtime loyalty settings to
create different loyalty schemes that will perform the following.

  Apply an Item Promotion
  Apply a Sub total promotion
  Set a Price band

Feature Added

It is now possible to show O-P information on the End Of Day

If the following setting ORDERNOTPAID=1 is added to the S2001.ini file
on the Master machine the End Of Day will show a new section “Open
Orders” this contains

Order not paid (total of any open table amounts at time of EOD)
Previous now paid (total of paid off previous open tables since last EOD)

Feature Added

The total line in the open table / Open account table report has been
added.

Feature Added – using Fidelities Instant loyalty and Venta Pro’s Realtime
Loyalty is now possible to show the Loyalty card details and image of the
loyalty card holder at the Till.
