In conjunction with Venta POS versions above 2.2.140 the additional message feature can be
used to send messages to the Venta+ handheld. Messages CANNOT be sent from the Handheld
Terminal.
When a message is received it could be for either a Server or the Handheld itself an indication
appears to alert the user there is an incoming message
Message is received and is awaiting, the “Mail” icon flashes. Then when the icon is selected the
message appears: -
