IRC Reset after Saved Reports
C 7.1
In an Inline System an IRC Reset becomes necessary after the Saved Report has been carried out.
With this new version, an IRC Reset will be called individually at the machine after the Saved Report
is finished. This is regardless of the machine type, like Master, Backup Master or Satellite.

After the ALL CLERK CCD Report has been carried out at the Master, all machines in an Inline
System needs to be reset their inline working RAM. By using this ROM Version, the Master will
initiate an IRC Reset at every machine in an Inline System. While the IRC Reset is carried out, a small
information window is shown on the screen of each machine. This information window will
disappear automatically.

Block size of the Clerk file during Inline setup
C 7.4
Dependently on the SRV parameter the size of the Clerk file will be adjusted during the Inline setup
at the Satellite machine. In case of overlapped Clerk function beside of Supervisor with own
account feature have to be used, the block size of the Clerk file becomes 1, but should be 2. With
the new version, the block size for the Clerk file will be set correctly.

VAT per Department missing in Saved Reports

Unfortunately, the VAT per Department information’s is missing in the Saved Reports. Since Version
1.67 they are included.

Supervisor with own account and PLU per Clerk

If the Supervisor works for another Clerk the made turnover will correctly be added to the totalizers
of that Clerk he is working for, but the registered PLU’s will still be stored to the Supervisor’s
account. By the new version the turnover as well as the PLU per Clerk totalizers will be updated for

the SRV parameter #987B (Automatic Clerk Sign on after time-in/break-out, and Automatic Clerk
Sign off after time-out or employee and clerk relationship is removed) is set to +4.

issued, the CC# for the TimeOut operation is the same as for the report. This is corrected.
