Creating a new user folder screen

Specifications for the name of the user folder:

•  MAX 8 characters

•  Following characters can be used for folder name.

A-Z, 0-9, ! , # , $ , % , & , ' , ( , ) , - , @ , ^ , _ , ` , { , } , ~

Differentials from the normal text entry screen are follows.

OK

Adopt entered text for the active folder name.
If the folder does not exist on the SD card, a popup is displayed to query if a new folder is created. (OK/CANCEL)
If the text is blank, error message is displayed.

CANCEL

Return to upper menu.
