At creation of a new name & address the remaining number of records
in the Address book file is now checked. If it has less than 10 records
the warning message “ADDRESS BOOK NEARLY FULL” comes up.

10. Training function
It is now possible to select if at training mode “Journal print / EJ and
TLOG recording should be done.
The recording depends on the journal printer setting and/or on the
existence of EJ / TLOG files.
Under SRV#986-D following new selection (+1) can be done:

11. Employee Transaction file
Under SRV#987-C following new selection can be done:
“Time-Out operation without clerk resetting Enable / Disable
If the Employee Transaction file exists and “Time-Out” operation is
done the new error message of “CLERK-Z REPORT NOT DONE YET”
comes up in order to assure that the all clerk turnover data are stored
in the employee transaction file.

12. Employee <-> Clerk assignment release
Previously the assignment of a employee code to a clerk operator was
released after the “All Clerk-Z” report.
Now the release can also be done after “Individual Clerk-Z” report.
