A. Use Currency Text in Service mode. Use the Shift key to change from ! to £.

Q. The Bonus points are set but the bonus voucher is not printing?
A. Set SRV Preset 988 A to 1.

A. Within SRV - select 999 inhibit and touch the function key on the screen. Then
within PGM2 - Direct Key assign the PLU key to the required location

Q. Can new firmware be downloaded from the master till to the satellite tills.
A. Yes, once the master terminal has been loaded with the latest firmware the
firmware can then be sent across the IRC network to the connected Satellite

A. The diagnostic screen is not available in an IRC system. Please setup the
machine to be standalone before performing any diagnostics.

A. This is because you are half way through a transaction. Finalise or nbal any
open transactions and then try the power switch again.

29. Downloading Job “Lacking Memory”
Q. When performing an ALL PGM download in PGM to the slave machine I get
the message 0002 Lacking Memory

A. This was due to the Promotion Table and Promotion Sales file not being
created in the slave machine. I created set these 2 files the same as the master
and the download worked ok.
