Sharp POS Software also has a facility to take deposits or
to make bookings for future transactions. Both these fea-
tures can either be used independently or together. The
deposits function allows for pre-payment to be taken for
an upcoming function and a receipt is printed with a bar-
code to make it easy for both the customer and the clerk to
redeem at a later date. With the Sharp POS booking man-
ager feature, a future booking can be made with a date,
time and location specified.

past transactions which can then be opened and if required a
copy of the receipt can be issued.
