transaction history has not been deleted. Is it possible to delete the 
transaction history?  
 
A. Performing a “Clear all sales” will not delete the transaction history data. 
 
1. 
From a command prompt on a Backoffice pc : enter the following text 
 
ECHO Clear.Transaction.History >\\Master Machine Name\VPro\Data\Remin\ALERT001.TXT 
 
 
 
Or 
 
2.  From a command prompt on a the Master machine : enter the following text. 
 
ECHO Clear.Transaction.History >C:\VPro\Data\Remin\ALERT001.TXT  
 
 
 
Or
 
 
3.  Create a Batch file containing the text below and then using VPM 
Configure – Miscellaneous – Pos User Menu enter the path to the batch 
file.

Note :  The Clear.Transaction.History is case sensitive!
