The Hotel Transfer feature allows a GLU to be transferred to a
back office PC (this would be used in a large hotel type
application) or to be transferred from a table to a room (this is
better suited to a small hotel application.)

Set up Procedure (Small Hotel Transfer)

1.  Allocate the H.T key to the keyboard.
2. Create Room type GLU

Select PGM2 Mode
Select Setting
Select Room GLU
Enter Room number range

1. Open a Room GLU and lay that away (A room has to be
created before a transfer can take place.

2. Open a normal GLU, and then instead of NBAL or Payment key
enter the Room Number followed by the H.T Key.

If your customer wants a bar transaction transferring to a Room
you will have to create an appropriate Auto sequence. (Transfer to
GLU, followed by transfer to Room GLU)

Please note that individual details are not retained in memory after
a GLU to Room transfer.

The Text for the Room GLU is separate from the normal GLU text
therefore when taking a GLU Report the Room type GLU and the
normal GLU will stand out separately.
