CHANGE IN THE ROM CARRIED OUT AS A MEASURE TO
IMPROVE PROCESSING SPEED DURING AUTOMATIC
TRANSACTION FINISHING OPERATIONS.

2.General:
When the “Automatic Transaction Finishing Operation During Clerk Absence” SRV
settings are selected and the continual registering operations are carried out in the
sequence described below, the next transaction is not registered, and the machine
must wait for the completion of the previous transaction finishing operation.
Transaction A input 
 Clerk Absence (commencement of the transaction A finishing
operation) 
 Clerk Insertion 
 Transaction B input 
 (completion of transaction A
finishing operation).
An improvement of this sequence has been carried out and a change has been carried
out in the program so that the input of continuous transactions has been made possible.
Furthermore, the SSP (error correction) described below of the original release has also
been improved.
SSP016: Correction of double Sign-On errors which occur during the OVERLAPPED 
CLERK operations.
SSP017: Correction of mistaken LOCATION TEXT display errors which occur during 
Time-in operations.
SSP019: Correction of registration skips which occur when continual DD registration 
operations are carried out in S/D specifications.
SSP021: Correction of the CONDIMNET PLU display errors which occur during the 
BS registration operations.
SSP023: Correction of printing errors which occur during the OVERLAPPED CLERK 
operations.
