At the top right hand corner of the screen is a menu that allows you to search through
the PLU’s that are stored in your system database. At the bottom of the screen are
three options, these are

Build Update File&Exit : this stores the item that you have entered in the table at the
right of the screen and thus becomes part of the update file.
