2.General: 
Paper jam may occur at the receipt output section if an operator grasps a receipt 
and pulls it obliquely, this can occur when trying to hand over the receipt as 
quickly as possible before the receipt is cut out by the auto-cutter. To solve this 
problem, a paper guide will be attached to each printer unit to reduce the 
possibility of paper jam, caused by this method. 
 
 
Obliquely Pulled Out Receipt Paper In Printing Process 
- If you pull out a receipt paper; for example, to the right side during its printing 
process, the right side of the receipt will bend inside of the printer unit. 
- Then the auto-cutter will cut out the receipt paper while the paper is bent. 
- Since the receipt paper remains bent at the receipt output section of the printer 
resulting in paper jam at the next paper feeding, 
 
 
 
 
3.Action: 
1. Addition of Paper Guide to Printer Unit.  
To minimize such paper deflection when a cashier obliquely yanks receipt 
paper during its printing process, we will attach a paper guide between the 
receipt output section and the printer head of the printer unit. 
 
2. Addition of Caution Sheet. 
A caution sheet with warnings (i.e."Please Do Not touch receipt paper until its 
printing finishes.") will be added to each model mentioned below.
