TECHNICAL UPDATE
Wireless Network Connection
SHARP to D-Link DWL-810+ Wireless Bridge.
Models: UP-600/700, UP-771 & UP3301
Following the publication of the wireless Network Solution, on the ECR/EPoS Web
site.
Please follow the set up guide for the D-Link DWL-810+
‰
  Connect a TCP/IP cable between a PC (with Internet Explorer 4 or higher) and the D-Link
DWL-810+ Wireless Bridge.
‰
  Set the IP address on the PC to be 192.168.0.50 (same range as the DWL-810+)
‰
  Run Internet Explorer on the PC.
‰
  In the Address bar of Internet Explorer enter 192.168.0.30 (This is the default address of the
DWL-810+)
‰
  Enter the Username and Password
Default Username = Admin
(not case sensitive)
Default Password = 
(Nothing)
‰
  Once connection has been established, you are now able to change any settings on the DWL-
810+.
‰
  You should now change the setting under the wireless tab to Ad Hoc Mode.
‰
  Save the setting.
‰
  All other settings are default.
‰
  Default settings can be restored whilst you are connected to the DWL-810+ Or there is a
reset switch at the back of the DWL-810+.
‰

  The settings for the Cash Registers are the same as if there was a hardwired connection.
