Notes
1. Basically, CLS is not output when
a) a card is not inserted right
b) data is not encoded in a card
because  CLS signal is generated by head output pulses. But if a
card is slid too fast CLS may be induced in the case of b).
2. CLS signal turns into "H" if a card is stopped on the way.
3. CLS may result if a strong mechanical shock is given to the unit.
4. CLS, RCP and RDD are generated for a short while (for 0.2 sec.
or less) after the passing a card.
7. OTHERS
1)
For diagnostic operations of the UP-E13MR, refer to the Service
Manual of the POS to which it is connected.
