CAUSE
Software.
ACTION
Upgrade the software to the latest version as detailed below:
1. Burn the two data files onto a CD-R or CD-RW.
2. Load the disc into the DVSV97H.
3. Select start on the menu that appears.

4. Press the select button.

6. Remove the disc. DO NOT push the disc tray back into the unit.

Check the software revision:
1. Turn the power on (no disc)
2. Press the Menu, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 buttons in sequence.
