SYMPTOM Unit does not recognise some DVD -RW discs or will not record onto these discs.
CAUSE
Incorrect disc version being used.
ACTION
Ensure that the customer is using version 1.1 DVD -RW discs.  This is a single speed
disc type.
If disc speeds of x2 or above (version 1.2) discs are put into these machines, they will
not work.
