Is the Q9005 base changed from 'L' level to 'H'

Replace IC504.

Check the line from the IC504 pin 116 to the Q9005
base.
Refer to the flow chart No.9.

Check for short-circuiting of rectifying diode and
circuit in each rectifying circuit of secondary side.

Is 5V voltage supplied to the IC5001 pin 18?
Check the AT 5V line.

Is -30V voltage supplied to the IC5001 pin 16?
Check the AT -30V line.

Is 4.0 MHz oscillation signal confirmed on the
IC5001 pins 19 and 20?
Check FL5001, IC5001 and their periphery.

Check the signal lines of FIP DA, FIP CK, FIP CS
of IC5001 and IC504.
Check or replace IC5001 and IC504.
