During  the  initial  twelve  month  warranty  period  the  units  listed  above  are  subject  to  a  centralised 
repair policy run by our approved service contractor.  This is a collect, repair and return process. 
 
No  repairs  to  these  units  should  be  undertaken  during  the  warranty  period,  unless  by  prior 
agreement with Sharp Electronics (UK) Limited CE Technical Support. 
 
No  warranty  claims  can  be  raised  against  any  units,  unless  by  prior  agreement  with  Sharp 
Electronics (UK) Limited CE Technical Support.
