SYMPTOM No tape playback or the cassette door will not open on either tape deck.
CAUSE
Solinoid comes out of its locating holes during transportation.
ACTION
Relocate the solinoid and apply glue to the plastic hooks that protrude through the
chassis so that they can not become dislodged.
