REASON
When a recorded MD using the LP2 or LP4 mode is inserted into the machine the
disc may be ejected while reading the TOC.
•
 
This is because the TOC of MD recorded in the LP2/LP4 mode cannot be
successfully read  (due to high data errors on the disc).
•
 
A new microcomputer has been developed in which the permissible error value
setting at MD initialisation (TOC reading) is changed to solve this problem.
ACTION
Replace the microcomputer to eliminate this problem
