CAUSE
Software needs to be updated as outlined below.
If this does not cure the problem, it is likely that there is a problem with the laser pick
up or processing circuitry.

ACTION
Update the DVD player software to the latest version as shown below.
1. Copy the latest version of the software onto the root directory of a blank CD-R disc.
Note that this software can be found on the Technical Web under the relevant
