SYMPTOM
During CD playback, CD error ER-CD10 or ER-CD 20 may appear on the display.
•
  ER-CD10 CD Tray not rotating
•
  ER-CD 20CD Tray does not open
CAUSE
Gear holder fixing problem
Two types of Gear Holder Assembly fixing have been used during production.
A CD error may occur when a screw fixes Gear Holder Assembly.  This is due to the
movement of the gear becoming sluggish
Refer to the pictures below to identify the gear holder type.

ACTION
Take the following remedial action if this problem is encountered:
When used the screw type Gear Holder is used, first check if the Gear Holder
Assembly movement is smooth as outlined below:
•
  Lift up the Gear Holder Assembly and then release it.
•
  It is considered okay when the Gear Holder Assembly can drop freely to its
previous position.
•
  If it does not return to its previous position, replace the Gear Holder with the new
type of Gear Holder (LHLDZ1433AWZZ).
