1.2.4. Update Error
Case 3 ) If the power is turned off during the updating, please try to do this procedure again. 
When the update fails, please check the following points. 
Case1 ) No update action  
  Check following "Applicable device" 
  Check file images of USB memory. "sigma_vup" must be in top folder. 
Case2)  Error Message ”ERRTGTV" 
 If  USB memory's data and BF1's data version are same. 
  "ERRTGTV" ( Error of target version) message appeared.
