To monitor the high voltage, the positive DC voltage from the
cathode D510 is applied through R595 and other resistors to
pin 6 of IC402, which is the input terminal of the X-ray Pro-
tection Circuit. The voltage at pin 6 of IC402 is adjusted by
R581 same voltage at pin 5 of IC402 with high voltage is
36kV. Under normal conditions this voltage is insufficient to
activate the X-ray Protection Circuit.

relay RL801 to unlatch and turns off the receiver.

Procedures
1. Place the hard ABS tube on the designated sealed con-
