During a conversation, the call duration is displayed.
(Example: 15 minutes, 30 seconds)
The unit is in the programming mode.
The AUTO button was pressed while dialing or storing phone
numbers for the Speed Dialer.
The LOWER button was pressed.
The ringer is set to OFF.
The MUTE button was pressed during a conversation.
The dial lock mode is set. (Refer to p. 8)
The RECALL button was pressed while storing phone numbers.
The PAUSE button was pressed while dialing or storing phone
numbers.
You pressed

TONE mode.

While storing a phone number in an UPPER memory location for
the One-Touch Dialer, "

CONNECTION
Connecting the Handset/Telephone Line Cord
After connecting the handset and telephone line cord, lift the handset to confirm the dial tone.
• Use only a Panasonic Handset for the KX-TS85GW or KX-TS85GB and Telephone line cord.
• Use only the included telephone line cord, or the unit will not work properly.
