— Main Clock Frequency Adjustment (MCLK) —
IN case of SS system, Carrier signal frequency directly by Frequency counter, can not be measured because sending signal is
spread by PN code.

So, the confirmation and adjustment is made by checking Main clock (21.4 MHz).
The MCLK frequency of the base unit only should be adjusted. There is no adjustment point on the handset.
Adjust MCLK frequency (the MAIN CLOCK of BBIC on the base unit).
