Connect as shown below to perform electrical 
adjustments. 

1. 

Connect the waveform monitor and the 
vectorscope to the VIDEO OUT terminal on the 
rear panel of the camera, and connect the 
underscanned color video monitor. Terminate the 
input-through terminal of the underscanned color 
video monitor with 75 Ω. 

2.  Install the auto-iris lens on the camera. 
3.  Connect a 12 V DC power supply to the DC 12 V 

input terminal on the rear panel of the camera. 

 

1.    The adjustment should be done after 10 minutes 

warm-up. 

2.  Set the gray scale chart. 
3.  Illuminate light of 1000 lx ± 50 lx on the gray scale 

chart. 

4.  Aim the camera at the gray scale chart. 
5. Set the camera so that the gray scale chart 

becomes full picture on the underscanned color 
video monitor. 

6. Connect the oscilloscope to TP601 (Gch CCD 

OUT) of the PREAMP P.C.Board. 

7.  Adjust the lens focus. 

8. 

Observing TP601, adjust the lens iris so that the 
signal level becoms 0.15 Vp-p
