Set the connection for A20 prpperly.
Confirm A20 connector
Go to FM PC Board check.

Voltage of A5connector pin4(LOW-STB3 3V) is 3 3V
Replace cable for P4 to A5

 A PC Board check
A Check around IC1400, X1403 and repair.

Confirm clock waveform around IC1400

 Set input to NO INPUT and confirm waveform around
IC1400

 Voltage of IC1302(RESET IC) pin1 is 3.3V.
 Check around IC1302 and repair.
 Voltage of IC1300(SUB micon) pin52 is 3.3V.
Voltage of A5connector pin4(LOW-STB3.3V) is 3.3V.
 Voltage of L1410 is 3.3V.
 Check around A3 connector, L1410 and repair.
 Check around IC1300 and repair.
Replace P PCB.
 Check around IC1418(FLASH ROM) and repair.
(When problem is not solved, go to next step.)
 Check around IC1400(CPU & RESIZE) and repair.
 Voltage of A3 connector pin1,3, 5,7 are 3.3V.
 Replace cable for P3 to A3 & A4
 Replace P PCB.
 Clock of R1725 is 35.455MHz.
 Check around X1403 and repair.
 Voltage of L1412 is 1.2V.
 Check around IC1402 and repair.
 Voltage of L1415 is 1.8V.
 Check around IC1421 and repair.
