2) Replacement of the DFP roller/torque limiter
1
• By procedure 1 and 2, remove the paper
feed unit.

Remove the screws. (x 2)
NOTE: Be carefull not to damage the
sensors.

Remove the lower roller cover.
3
Remove the touch ring.
4
Remove the DFP roller.
5
Remove the torque limiter.
NOTE: Confirm the setting direction of
torque limiter.
(Clock wise from shaft end.)

3) Replacement of the middle roller
1
• By procedure 1 and 2, remove the paper
feed unit.

Remove the E ring of middle roller gear.
2
Remove the touch ring and bearing.
3
Move the middle roller sideways and
remove it.
NOTE: Be carefull not to lose the shock
spring located inside the drive
gear.
