All power supply circuit start automatically, when Vsus or 15V are inputted.
Vad is the negative voltage. Vscn, 16V_F, and 5V_Vad are regulated from Vad,
5V_F_A and 5V_F_B are regulated from VFG.
So when you check the voltage, please confirm the basis of each output.
