Please check the voltage at pin5,7,9 at A6 terminal.
15V is supplied by P board.

2 outputs 5V and 9V are monitored by Q5522, C electrode.
On the other hand FTB15V and Tuner 30V are monitored by Q5522, too.

If one of the outputs has trouble and there is a drop in voltage,
