18.3.2. ECO
ECO sends and receives voice data of DPT interface along with the TVM50 main unit.The data signal communication with the
PBX using Dch of DPT interface takes place at ECO of TVM50 main unit.

18.3.3. DPT Interface Circuits
ECO chip (IC153) of TVM502 sends and receives voice data only.Now therefore, in order to link with the PBX through DPT
interface, PBX voice mail port should be connected to CH1 of TVM50.

SLT interface circuit is used for voice data communication during Inband connection with the other companies´ PBXs.
18.3.5. Concerning the LED (LED800) on the KX-TVM502 Card
LED is mounted on the TVM502 card, which is shown in the diagram below. There is an LED mounted on the KX-TVM502 card
at the position shown in the diagram below. This LED is for servicing. When the DSP downloads program software normally and
moves into operating state, the LED lights up. An unlit LED indicates anomalies such as unsuccessful software downloads or
failure of power supply to the DSP chip (IC811).
