Reset Function

LED Interface
System Status and Line LED is controlled by software via GPIO port. But during the 'System Reset' period and/or before the initial-
ization of GPIO port, each LED keeps initial state as below. 
As for LAN port LED (LINK and 100) are controlled by PHY device directly.

System Reset
Monitoring internal 3.3V voltage, and generate reset pulse at 2.8V.
Reset pulse width : 50msec
Watchdog Timer Reset
When CPU (M82334) internal 'Watchdog Timer' counter is expired, CPU gener-
ates self reset signal to restart the system.
PHY Reset
Just after the 'System Reset' period, PHY reset signal keeps reset hold state.
When boot program starts correctly, software releases the PHY reset signal to 
activate PHY device.
Framer Reset
Just after the 'System Reset' period, Framer reset signal keeps reset hold state.
When OS and application program starts correctly, application software 
releases the Framer reset signal to start initialize the Framer device.
