Reset Signal is output from IC401 and input into IC101-pin V12.
PDN is DC power down detect.
Detect  the AC and PoE power down signal. 

1. The IC203 is used for the Gigabit Ethernet interface.

It is connected from (IC203) to the Ethernet port(JK201 and JK202) through a transformer and so is isolated.
Also, LAN port (JK201) gets power from the Ethernet line For PoE (Power over Ethernet) as shown below.
It is connected between (IC203) and the BBIC(IC101) by high-speed bus called RGMII(Reduced Gigabit Media Independent
Interface) bus operating with 25MHz.

2. The IC203 is used for communicaition between IC101 and IC601.

It is connected  between IC203 and the Video-IC(IC601) by MII(Reduced Media Independent Interface).
And, it is connected between IC203 and BBIC(IC101) by RGMII.
