6 TROUBLESHOOTING
   Note*: 
The Electronic Pen will enter the low-power mode when it is not used for more than 5 minutes without being 
given a shake.

does not light up.
The battery has run out.
1. Replace the battery with a new one.
The battery is not installed to the
Electronic Pen, properly. 
1. Install it properly.

The point of control
is out of alignment
with the Electronic
Pen.
The projected image is misaligned. 1. Perform the calibration again.

1. Perform Advanced Calibration.

The Electronic Pen
loses the functions.

are broken or colors

The Finger/Stylus Pen mode is
selected.
1. Switch to the Electronic Pen mode
Other applications or anti-virus
software are active.
1. Shut down the other applications and anti-virus software.
The Electronic Pen is low on
batteries.
1. Replace the Electronic Pen’s battery.
The Electronic Pen is in low-power
mode.
1. Turn the selector dial to change the mode.
More than 2 Electronic Pens are in
use.
1. Use only an Electronic Pen when operating this unit.
An infrared remote control is in use
nearby the Electronic Pen.
1. Avoid using the infrared remote control.
