3 “SECTION 9 TROUBLESHOOTING”
3.1.
“Section 9.4 Others”
Symptom
Possible Cause
Check Point
1. Power LED does not
    light up.
1. Power SW / LED Board problem 
1. Restart the elite-Panaboard, and then check the Power LED
   status.
2. Check the soldering condition of SW300 and D301 on the Power
   SW / LED Board.
3. Replace faulty parts or Power SW / LED Board.
2. The connection between CONTROL Board
   and Power SW / LED Board is not proper.
1. Restart the elite-Panaboard, and then check the Power LED
   status.
2. Check the connection between CN300 (on the Power SW / LED
   Board) and CN206 (on the CONTROL Board).
3. Replace the cable between CN300 and CN206.
3. CONTROL Board or POWER Board
problem
1. Restart the elite-Panaboard, and then check the Power LED
  status.
2. Check the soldering condition of Q200 on the CONTROL Board.
3. Check the following signals on the CONTROL Board.
    (1) CN208-1st pin: Approx. 5 V?
         
→ If no, POWER Board has some problems.
    (2) IC217-3rd pin: Approx. 3.3 V? 
         
→ If no, CONTROL Board has some problems.
4. Replace faulty parts, POWER Board, or CONTROL Board.
 4. Automatic power-off function is
     operating. 
  (Only applied to Serial Number
 xxxxxxGxxxx or later corresponding
 to "2nd Version Product complying
 with ErP directive")
 Note:
If you switch off the computer
connected to the elite 
Panaboard, or unplug the USB
cable, the elite Panaboard turns
off automatically after about 60
minutes.
 1. Restart the elite-Panaboard, and then check the
     Power LED status.
