1.  Maintenance Safety Instructions
To avoid accidents in maintenance and ensure safe use of maintained products, please observe the following precautions.
1.1  The following signs indicate the degree classification of the damages or
risks incurred due to neglect of the contents requiring attention, and provide
relevant instructions.

Warning
The list of the sign means [may cause serious injury or even death.

Note
The list of the sign means [may cause damage or object damage only.
1.2  The following graphic symbols indicate different categories of the indicative
contents and provide relevant instructions.
(llustrations are shown as below.)
    This symbol indicates attention—“Take Care”
This symbol indicates something that should not be done—“Avoid”
This symbol indicates it is mandatory to “Observe Instructions Strictly”
■ Please observe the precautions.
The matters requiring special attention in the course of maintenance must be indicated on the labels and
seal strips of housing, bottom frame and component, etc. Please observe these precautions as seriously
as observing the operation manual.
■ Electric Shock.
Electric
shock
hazard
As the control panel carries AC 220V, if you touch any live component of it, there may be an electric
shock. Thus, please wear insulating gloves in power-on maintenance or while removing the component
to be replaced to avoid electric shock.
■ Please use the original components for maintenance.
Components of this appliance feature flame retardance, voltage withstanding and other safety
characteristics, thus please use components with the same characteristics in case of replacement.
Especially for the critical safety components with the mark of
indicated in the circuit diagram and the
component list, please DO use the original components.
■ Please install and wire components as before.
For safety, this product is provided with some insulating materials such as hose and adhesive tape.
Additionally, some components are fi xed on the upper part of the printed circuit board. When using ties to
secure the internal wiring, do keep them away from heating or high-voltage components. The wiring must
be placed well as before. The replaced lead shall be kept away from the sharp edges of component.
■ After maintenance, please conduct safety inspection.
Please inspect whether all the usable screws, components and leads dismantled have been put back
to the original places correctly and whether any component near the maintenance area have degraded
performance.
• Insulation resistance
As required, the insulation resistance between plug-in electric terminal and exposed area shall be
1MΩ or above.
• Withstand Voltage
As required, the withstand voltage between plug-in electric terminal and exposed area shall be 1KV
or above.
