After  the  point  check  ,  turn  the  main  unit  switch  ON  and  OFF  to  check  it

 

if  it  operates  smoothly  without  any 

abnormal sounds.

Charge the main unit and confirm that the linear motor assembly can operates smoothly . 

3.

 

Charge the main unit battery and check if the charge indication lamp lights up. 

4.

 

Wire the main unit returned from a customer referring to the following figure , and connect the rated voltage to it by 

the normal adaptor .

Once the battery is replaced , the battery needs to be charged for a white , otherwise linear motor may not operate . 

Noise is too loud. 
Amplitude is too small . 
Abnormal sounds. 

< Check outer foil and inner blade 

> 

Check  if  there  is  any  deformation  with  the  outer 
foil & inner blade. 
Clean foil/blade perfectly applying some hand soap 
because there is a possibility the bread chips cause 
the problem .   

Replace the outer foil / inner 
blade or oil a drop on the 
outer    foil / inner blade   
 

< Check the driving bars> 

Check  if  there  is  any  deformation  with  trimmer 
driving  bar  ,  slit  blade  driving  bar  and  finishing 
blade driving bars or these are set firmly .   

Replace the trimmer driving 
bar , slit blade driving bar 
and finishing blade driving 
bars 

Trimmer blade knob does 
not move .

 

Replace the trimmer handle 

ON/OFF  button  cannot 
be press. 

< Check module> 

Confirm  if  motor  works  when  pushing  the  tact 
switch on module . 

See  the  procedure  on  the 
above “Check module”. 

Replace the housing 

Switch lock cannot be set 
or released .   

Replace the module .   

<Check driving head amplitude> 

Turn  the  switch  ON  ,  and  measure  the  amplitude 
by checking a pin of driving head . ( See the figure 
shown below. )
