Adjust VR2 so that the Video signal level becomes
700 mV ± 30 mV as shown in Fig. 5-5.

Mount the ALC Lens (WV-LA9C3) on the Camera.

Set the Automatic Light Control/Electronic Light Control
Selector (on the Video Board SW1) to ALC position.

Aim the Camera at the Logarithmic Gray Scale Chart .

Connect the Oscilloscope to CN4.

Confirm that the ALC Function activates smoothly when
putting on and taking off the Lens Cap.

Set the Radiation Chart.

Incident light of 500 lx on the Radiation Chart.

Aim the Camera at the Radiation Chart distance of 10m.

Mount ND8 Filter(1 pc.) and ND2 Filter(1 pc.) on the
Lens.

Referring to Fig. 5-6, loosen the Focus Fixing screw
(LOCK) that secure the Flange-back Adjusting Ring.

Adjust the Flange-back Adjusting Ring to obtain best focal

Tighten the Focus fixing screw (LOCK) that secure the
Flange-back Adjusting Ring carefully.
