1 Vacuum Test
After the replacement of parts, it is required to carry out the vacuum performance.

Inspection Procedure
Please set the condition before the vacuum test.
Setup:
Setup:
• Vacuum Inspector Jig Part No : RFKZ0528
• Air pressure = 3Kpa
• Vacuuming time = 10sec.
• Adjust the Air pressure control dial and make sure the air pressure on the indicator.
• Air pressure = 3Kpa
• Vacuuming time = 10sec.
• Adjust the Air pressure control dial and make sure the air pressure on the indicator.
Step 1 : Before test setup: cover the passive speaker with low adhesive tape to prevent air leakage from the gap.
Tape width is about 60mm and wider than speaker diameter (about 46mm).
Step 2 : Turn over the unit & place it on the table.
Step 3 : Put the vacuum nozzle to the vacuum hole of the unit with fasten. (photo below)
When 15 seconds pass after stopping vacuuming for 10 seconds, the air pressure should be higher than 0.3Kpa.

Step 2 : Turn over the unit & place it on the table.
Step 3 : Put the vacuum nozzle to the vacuum hole of the unit with fasten. (photo below)

It is highly recommended to change the following 5 mechanical parts at the same time if any of the part need replacement.
