1.1. Background

The following list of models has been improved with the over voltage protection sensing voltage changing from +/-30V to 30V
(ground to -30V):

2 Parts replacement Procedure

Step 1: Remove chip resistor, R5729 (ERJ6GEYJ103V) from the Main/Power P.C.B.

Step 2: Replace the chip resistor, R5729 with discrete part (ERDS2TJ562T) by back-solder. Connect the discrete resistor from pin
1 of PC5701 to ground by wire, RW20 (REU35R055CC). Apply bond after the back-solder of the part.

Step 3: Change chip diode, D5707 (New Part No.: B0BC010A0007)

Step 4: Change capacitor, C5713 (New Part No.:ECJ1VB1H104K)
