1. Phenomenon 
During heating mode operation, when there is a large temperature difference between the temperature detected by indoor unit 
intake air temperature sensor, and the room ambient temperature, it will not easy to maintain a constant room temperature.

2. Remedy 
The indoor unit intake air temperature sensor can be re-positioned to reduce the large temperature difference.  
Please follow procedures below to secure the indoor unit intake air temperature sensor at the new position:- 
 
 
                
                       
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
(a) Open the indoor 
unit control board front 
cover, and reposition 
the indoor unit intake 
air temperature sensor 
(CWA50C2687). 
(a) Exit of the 
indoor unit intake 
air temperature 
sensor lead wire.
(b) The sensor lead 
wire is wrapped (one 
round) around the 
rib of control board.
STEP 1 
STEP 2 
STEP 3 
(a) Remove the indicator & receiver 
electronic controller (CWA745769) and 
disconnect the 7 segment display lead 
wire. Then, the 7 segment display lead 
wire is routed at inner-position. 
(b) The sensor lead wire 
is inserted in the rib (on 
top of the 7 segment 
display lead wire). 
Reinstall the indicator & receiver 
electronic controller (CWA745769) 
to the indoor unit control board. 
STEP 4
(b) Disconnect the 
lead wire from the 
stepping motor. 
STEP 5 
Reconnect the 
stepping motor lead 
wire as shown
STEP 6
Reconnect the 
lead wire to 7 
segment display.
